外阴中肾管囊肿一般发生于子宫旁或阴道旁。特殊情况：1、有时可在阴道口侧壁凸出，或在前庭尿道口下方隆出，被称为加特内囊肿(Gartner cyst)。2、在前庭尿道口下方鼓出，称为前庭囊肿(vestibular cyst)。
